This Privacy Policy describes how Fertile Crescent Technologies LLC, doing business as Day 14 (“Day 14,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Day 14 mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”).
Day 14 is a habit tracking and self-reflection app that helps you reduce or quit a habit, understand your patterns, follow a personal plan, and track your progress over time. Day 14 currently has no login and does not require you to create an account.
1. Information We Collect
Most information in Day 14 is entered by you and, in the current version, is stored on your device. Depending on the features you use, Day 14 may collect or store the following:

3. Local Storage
Day 14 currently has no login and no account creation. Most of your habit data is stored locally on your device.
- If you delete the app or use Reset Day 14, your local data may be deleted.
- If cloud sync is enabled in a future version, additional data may be stored on secure third-party services described below.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use the following third-party providers if these features are enabled:
- Apple App Store — for iOS subscriptions and purchases
- Google Play — for Android subscriptions and purchases, if enabled
- RevenueCat — for subscription management, if enabled
- Supabase — for backend and cloud storage, if enabled
- Vercel — for website hosting
- Analytics or crash reporting providers — only if actually added in a later version
Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Data Sharing
- Day 14 does not sell your personal information.
- We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, process subscriptions, provide support, host the website, run analytics, or meet compliance obligations.
- We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect safety, prevent fraud, or enforce our legal rights.
6. Sensitive Information
Because Day 14 may involve habits, feelings, appetite, notes, and self-reflection, some information you choose to enter may be sensitive.
- Please avoid entering information you do not want stored.
- Day 14 is designed for tracking and self-reflection, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
7. Data Retention
- Local data remains on your device until you delete it, use Reset Day 14, or delete the app.
- Support emails are retained as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business and legal purposes.
- Purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers according to their own policies.
8. Your Choices
You can:
- Delete your local app data using Reset Day 14
- Delete the app from your device
- Contact support for privacy requests
- Manage your subscriptions through Apple or Google
- Request deletion of support or cloud data, if applicable
9. Age & Children's Privacy
Day 14 is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. International Users
Your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using Day 14, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Day 14 after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
