Data Deletion
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Day 14 currently does not require you to create an account. Most habit data is stored locally on your device, which means you can remove it directly from the app.
Delete your local data
You can delete your local data by:
- Opening Day 14
- Going to the Profile or Settings area, if available
- Tapping Reset Day 14 (Delete Local Data)
- Or deleting the app from your device
Deleting the app or using Reset Day 14 removes the habit data stored on your device.
Request deletion of other data
If cloud sync, support data, or subscription-related records exist, you may request deletion by contacting support@day14.xyz with the subject line Day 14 Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your name
- The email used for support or purchases, if applicable
- Your device platform (iOS or Android)
- Details of your request
We process eligible deletion requests within up to 30 days, where applicable.
Purchase records
Subscription purchase records may be maintained by Apple, Google, or payment providers according to their own policies and may not be deletable by Day 14 directly. To manage purchase data, please refer to your Apple or Google account settings.
Resetting Day 14 or deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (or Google Play on Android).
